Terry Gilliam is an award-winning American-British film director, screenwriter, actor, and co-founder of the Monty Python group. His vita includes MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL, BRAZIL, THE FISHER KING, 12 MONKEYS, FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS and many more highly successful productions. Terry has also directed Berlioz’s Opera The Damnation of Faust at the English National Opera as well as Berlioz’s Benvenuto Cellini. His recent film THE ZERO THEOREM stars Christoph Waltz and Tilda Swinton, and his labour of love, THE MAN WHO KILLED DON QUIXOTE, starring Jonathan Pryce and Adam Driver, received the longest standing ovation in the history of closing films at Cannes 2018.
Mr. Gilliam will talk about his work in general, his influences during his carrier, his inspirations and his ways to tell a story. He will look towards the future and relate his opinion on what might or must change in the years to come. And of course he will talk about B3's main topic, TRUTHS, and what it means to him and his work.
