Jaroslav Švelch

Jaroslav Švelch is a Czech author. He teaches at Prague University and Bergen University. His book "Gaming the Iron Curtain - How Teenagers and Amateurs in Communist Czechoslovakia Claimed the Medium of Computer Games“ was published by MIT Press. In 2019, it won the Computer History Museum Prize by the International Committee of History of Technology.
