Sigrid Andrea P. Bernardo is an award-winning filmmaker from the Philippines, focusing on women and LGBT issues. Her debut feature, Anita’s Last Cha-cha (2012) won prizes at Nantes, France; Osaka Asian Film Festival; Frameline Film Festival, and Zinegoak LGBT Film Festival in Bilbao, Spain. Her film Kita Kita was one of the highest grossing independent films in 2016.
