After an argument with his wife, Istvan is walking on the night suburban street to have a smoke and cool himself down. He witnesses a serious road accident where a fancy speeding car hit a person on a crosswalk. Istvan decides to help the victim and prevents the driver, nervous and frightened boy, from escaping. The police and ambulance are taking care of the scene when another car arrives. It is Tamas, the driver`s father, an influential prosecutor.
