In his second talk of B3 2022 Wootton will precede a screening of the beautiful Paramount digital restoration of BLUE HAWAII 1961, one of Elvis most popular movies, with a comprehensive overview of Presley’s extensive movie career. Ripping away the myths, misunderstandings and misconceptions interspersed with extensive film clips, slides and photographs, Wootton’s talk will give the real stories behind the 31 movies of Elvis 12 year immersion in Hollywood and come right up to date to Baz Luhrmann’s recent biopic.
