US-American director, screenwriter and producer Oliver Stone receives this year’s B3 BEN Award in the category Lifetime Achievement. The three-time Academy Award winner has written and directed over 20 feature films, including some of the most influential and iconic films of recent decades, among them “Platoon” (1986) “Natural Born Killers” (1994) or “Snowden” (2016).
Hito Steyerl receives B3 BEN Award
Filmmaker and writer Hito Steyerl (*1966) is this year’s recipient of the Honorary BEN Award in the category Art. Her work includes texts, performances, multimedia installations and essayistic documentaries in which she deals with postcolonial critique, feminist representational logic and the influences of globalization on the financial, labor and commodity markets. She is considered one of the most socially critical and very political artists of our time.
Dear audience of the B3, our ticket sales will start on September 1, 2021.
Early bird ticketing works as follows: Tickets purchased by September 15 will receive a 50% discount; tickets purchased by 30 September will receive a 25% discount.
You can purchase film tickets (for individual feature films as well as for the short film program as a whole) and tickets for the B3 art program, which takes place online and on site.
The regular ticket price is 5 euros, no reductions.

The B3 Festivalpass costs 50 Euro regular and 25 Euro reduced*. The B3 Festival Pass is an all-access pass and allows access to all events and films.
For universities, we offer group festival tickets for 10 euros per person for groups of 20 or more.
Admission for representatives of the press is free.
